Return conditions

  • Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition with all tags intact.
  • Please include your order number and reason for return with your package.

Eligibility

Return eligibility is clearly indicated on each product page. Please review this information before placing your order. Most handcrafted items are eligible for return, but certain customized products and seasonal items may be exempt. If you're unsure about a product's return eligibility, please contact our customer service team before making your purchase.

Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of receipt by emailing contact@ecoshilp.com with clear photos of the damage, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Return process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at contact@ecoshilp.com to initiate your return request.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization within 1-2 business days.
  • Step 3: Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
  • Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Exchanges and store credit

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this in your return request. If the replacement item is in stock, we'll ship it to you once we receive your return. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we'll offer you the option of waiting for a restock or receiving a store credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund amount covers the value of the returned goods but does not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items). Any applicable bank charges for processing refunds are not reimbursable. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Natural product variations

As a handcrafted and eco-friendly product line, our items showcase the beauty of natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship. Due to monitor calibration differences and the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and finish may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects or grounds for return. We strive to accurately represent our products in photographs, but minor variations should be expected and celebrated as part of the handcrafted nature of our items.

Non-Returnable items

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty and personal care products (once opened)
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return can be monitored. ecoshilp is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

International returns

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with returning items. Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance procedures.
