At ecoshilp, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our valued customers. All shipments are carefully packaged and entrusted to reputable eco-conscious courier services to ensure the best, safest, and most environmentally responsible delivery experience.

Domestic & international transit times

  • Domestic Shipments: Typically in transit for 3 - 7 business days, depending on your location within India.
  • International Shipments: Typically in transit for 4 - 22 business days, varying by destination country and customs processing.

Dispatch and operation hours

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 business days following payment confirmation. Our artisans and stores operate Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST excluding national and local Odisha state holidays. For handcrafted items marked as "Made to Order," please allow an additional 3-5 business days for creation.

Tracking your order

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking ID/link via email and SMS, enabling you to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time via updates from the shipping provider. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your ecoshilp account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted any time before the order has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.

Stock availability

As a sustainable handicraft business, many of our products are handmade in small batches. We endeavor to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, should a stock discrepancy occur, we will fulfill available products and promptly inform you regarding the option to await restocking (typically 1-2 weeks for popular items), substitute with a similar item, or process a full refund.

Additional charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
  • Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply to international shipments.
  • GST is included in the displayed product prices for domestic orders.

Delivery information

All orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement. Please ensure shipping information is complete and accurate, including any apartment numbers, landmarks, or special delivery instructions. For apartment complexes or office buildings, please provide reception or security contact details where applicable to ensure smooth delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and process a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days of confirming the issue. All our packages are insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you.
